Hybrid Cell Voltage

    Hello everyone!
    I have a problem with my Prius 2012 plug-in. Yesterday after 1-2 miles my car stopped and showed a yellow triangle.
    The transmission of the vehicle can not move to "N" from "P".
    The error codes that the scanner P1A00 P1A61 P1A64 P1A67 P301A P31AB showed
    Hybrid Battery Cell Low Voltage Stack "B"
    Hybrid Battery Cell Low Voltage Stack "C"
    Hybrid Battery Cell Low Voltage Stack "D"
    The voltage on all cells of the battery is the same 3.73v.
    Also checked the fuse 150a

    Please need help! Errors are not reset and the machine does not start !!

    Try a reboot by disconnecting the 12v battery and reconnecting. I would measure the 12v while your back there.

    Reboot but before you attempt to start the Prius try to give the traction battery a charge with your evse cable.

    thanks, that is the correct software. how is the health of the 12 volt battery?

    Did you check the 12 volt battery with the car off after it has not been used for a time?
    If you check when in Ready mode you will read the 14 volts from the inverter that charges the 12 volt battery.
    A good battery usually reads between 12 and about 13.5 volts if I recall correctly.

    It looks like the ground fault interrupter on your EVSE tripped. Does it reset?

    Yes, sorry. Without charging 12.1v
    Used car. The car was hit on the front right side but not too much.
    I press reset and then test but nothing changes.

    have you tried a public charger?

    12 volt is low, especially considering that it gets charged every time you charge the hybrid battery.

    If you have a GFCI (gound fault) receptacle, they tend to go bad over time.
    Have you tried plugging in a lamp to see is power is reaching your EVSE?

    Our country don't have public chargers.
    I think my 12 volt battery don't charging from the inverter because i don't hear the sound of
    triggering relay ((3) on scheme). Also in power cable connecting place to traction battery there is no voltage.
    More in detail please.

    I meant plug a lamp into the 120 volt receptacle you use for the charger to verify electricity is being provided to your charger.

    does it run in hv mode, or not run at all? if the 12v isn't charging, test the voltage after it has been off for a few hours, trickle charge it, test again after a few hours. if it is 12+ try starting the car.
