I hope everyone had a good Father's day weekend!.

We are unable to open the rear passenger door from the inside using the handle. The only way we can open is with the FOB key and this issue just started over the weekend.

Where do I start to troubleshoot?

This only happens with the 1 rear passenger door and all other doors work(unlock/lock) manually.

Did someone inadvertently flip the child lock on the door?

Something probably got loose in there, take apart the door panel and trace the connection.

You put on your first post "the only way we can open is with the FOB key"? what does that mean?

That does not bypass the child lock

I just tried again. turn ON the child lock - the only way to open the door is click twice on the button otherwise, you cannot open the door from inside.

Oh i c maybe the confusion is - when you click on it twice, you need to have someone open the door from the outside - you cannot open the door from inside when you double click on the button.
