Blower fan not working, the issue is intermitent. If I start to play with AC controls(On and Off) sometimes it start sometimes not, what I noticed is each time I click on button the blower start but within a second it stop and it did not reach the correct velocity.
I replaced the fan blower yesterday and cabin filter and same issue. What else I have to check? Summer here and hot days also :(

You'll need to replace the fan blower controller, it's a small box that the fan blower connects to

    What JC91006 said!

The blower fan controller is essentially the same as the Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) for a Remote Control model car, truck, plane, boat; it is also an analogue of the "blower motor resistor block" of yesteryear, albeit an electronic one. It take the blower speed demand signal from the Climate Control system (low voltage and low current) and applies voltage, but with a much higher amperage limit to the blower proportionally.

Was it hard to do? Think mine has same issue. Although it always blows out fine just doesn't get cool for while- takes few minutes and it's intermittent tho. Today I noticed that the left side was blowing little softer and room temperature but the two vents on the right were cool!
