CAN HV BE CHARGED WITH A CAR CHARGER?

    The Prolong is way better than trying to cobble up something. And it may be cheaper in the long run. I remember @jeff652 having a conversation with someone else in either Africa or the Middle East and saying they ship all over the world. Maybe he'll pop in here and refresh my memory.

    Yeah, that's what I do.
    Always monitoring the batteries for temperature rises, and clamping the modules too

    No. You need a grid charger power supply. That's like trying to use a cheap 10a battery charger to supply power to a 12 volt battery during ECU flashing which is too low of an amperage nor does it supply a steady voltage and amperage. ECU's pull a lot of amperage during ECU calibration, without a proper high amp battery maintainer you risk bricking the computer due to voltage drop.
