    Don't have to pull it to check for needed cleaning...easy on 3rd gen, pull hv plug then unscrew cover...
    If need to pull to service, it's just a few more nuts and bolts...

    May as well install a Prolong harness if you are diving in:).

    Now that the head gasket is fixed and you’ve got the catch can, the last thing is the battery;).

    Sure you need the Volt anymore :whistle:?

    Well I check codes and found dreaded history code P0A80
    Had hybridAutomotive ship out the load tester and I found quite a few modules dropping excessively under the light bulb load. I ended up just replacing the worst 14 modules. I Had hybridAutomotive ship out the charger/balancer and discharger set. Did the 3 day charge/discharge adventure again. Afterwards I Went out on road to complete three drive cycles and low and behold the code is no longer in history. I went a head and ordered 6 more just for fun and giggles. I really want to thank HybridAutomotive for their professionalism, quick ship, and communication! Now I need to figure if any of my modules can be charged back into good use?
