I just wanted to make sure that the fuse I should check is labeled as power outlet no1? That one looked not blown. Is this the correct fuse for me to check? The owners Manual was not so clear about what the different fuses power.

Which 12V charging outlet? The one on the console or the one on the back of the console for rear passengers?

Did you mean the Qi wireless charger? That is likely a separate fuse.

I am having issues finding any fuse location reference in the 2016 manuals.

You have missed the original posting PP. Read the above and you'll see it's nothing to do with the Qi. :)

They could have called the QI a 12 volt charger. Technically, there is no 12V charger that is driver-accessible. If the circuitry that charges the 12 V battery from the Traction battery had issues, they would have bigger problems.
There are 12V power outlets, though.

Did anyone ever find which fuse controls the two cabin 12V charging outlets? The one on the console and the one on the back of the console for rear passengers?

A person reading this post cold will have NO IDEA what you are talking about.
You should have put this in the same thread as where you originally explained your problem.

P.S. Often those power outlets are designed to have power ONLY when the car is "running".

I found that fuse in the wiring diagram it is a 15 amp fuse, goes straight to the power outlet and then to ground.

It looks like the accessory relay has to be energized to make it work.

I am looking at a MitchellsDIY wiring diagram for a 2016 Prius 4.

That fuse is a dedicated fuse just to power that outlet.

There are two power outlets. One near the USB plug and one for the rear seat passengers.

Yes, I found the No. 2 also and it is 15 Amp and looks like it is hot all the time.

My diagram doesn't say which is which but my guess would be the front one is number 2.

Both power outlets are switched (ACC), and No. 2 is in the rear. Please see the last two paragraphs of the first posting I linked above.
