There should be more codes. If it stops in 5 seconds, your car really didn't start. Just the hv battery spinning the engine

I seen a thread where Patrick worked with a member in 2015 with similar codes and it didn't look like they found an answer from what I could see.

As JC said, there should other codes. The ones there are just echo codes that the ECU that set them says I hear you (another ECU) have a problem and I have acknowledged that notification.

The only one that is probably worth looking at is the P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank #1), but could equally be symptomatic of the engine failing to start (P0A0F) or poor engine power (P3190). I expect that there should be other codes, or you need to check the basics, fuel, spark, etc.

If you are dealing with P3190 be careful about your battery SOC and how many times you start up or run your Prius.

P3190 is fuel delivery related and if the engine does not start, it will drain the hv battery below a startable point:(.

I would tackle that code and understand why fuel is not being delivered in the correct quantity the Prius expects. It could be the MAF sensor or the throttle body as a cause, so probably worth checking and cleaning both.

    Food for thought(y).

Well always like when somebody comes up with the answer and closes the thread got it fixed. Fixed it with a toothbrush second time I did this on a Prius. Clean the throttle body butterfly valve with carb cleaner and toothbrush. And also at the same time clean out the mass airflow sensor. Reconnected the 12-volt battery no codes no red triangle all is running fine.
Yesterday was a bad day three of my Prius or on the blank. This one and the other had a bad Dorman HV battery not even a year old it had two bad cells. Second time it went out within two years. Got both of them back on the road today. :) And the other is waiting for me to finish the actuator valve.
Thanks again for all the help you all have a great night.
