Yes, the instructions are on page 68-69 of the 2012 manual that I posted a link to earlier. You changed the default.

A dealer can always do it for you, but there's no need. The instructions are in the same place as above. One thing though: if activated, the function is that if you open the driver's door within 45 seconds of turning the car off, all the doors unlock. If it's a longer time, nothing happens. Note you should always be able to open the driver's door from the inside... if it's locked, it should unlock by itself when you try to open it. Oddly this is the only automatic door lock/unlock function that cannot be changed via display audio, according to the manual

Thank you so much for pointing out where it is. I've tried it several times so far but no luck.. maybe I'll doing it wrong?

step 1. close all doors and switch "power" switch to ON mode.
-ON mode is pressing the power switch twice? From what I gather from the manual it goes off>acc>on or ready with brake pressed.

step 2. within 20 seconds, shift the lever to N and hold door lock switch 2(lock) for about 5 seconds then release.
    - I believe I wasn't able to shift the lever unless the brake was pressed. Is that right?

step 3. when the setting is complete, all doors are locked then unlocked.
-I haven't gotten this to happen

any help would be so much appreciated!! What shift position should I be starting in?(some other change settings say to shift to P to change, so how could they start in P?)

I just re-programed my C to unlock all 4 doors when I touch the drivers door handle...now my wife won't be standing out in the cold when I am having a senior moment forgetting to hit the unlock button in the car as I am getting in. I followed novasquids directions and it worked perfectly...this is a great forum.

I followed this in my new C3 and it worked the first time. It sure makes life easier with kids.
    Thanks for the instructions!

I'm confused/curious as to what situation would require you to open the door while leaving the car in drive because it's too dangerous and you might not have the <1 second to change back from park to drive? Unlocking the door and swapping passengers is more dangerous with the car left in drive, which is why the default is to not unlock the doors in that situation.

Can I say thank you? The fellows at the service center didn't have a clue and said it could not be done. Now in just five seconds I've finally got the unlock feature working like I always wanted. Bravo!

Thank you everyone for posting this. My 2013 now unlocks all 4 doors when touching the driver handle with such a simple fix.

Thanks! My Gen II was set to do that and it was driving me crazy on my new (to me) Gen III that it wasn't doing that.

Bumping up. I've noticed my 2014 Prius C will open all four doors if I grab passenger side door. Kind of makes sense as a gesture of chivalry. I'd prefer just to keep it simple and all four open all the time .

You can change this setting. You can either have it do driver only, or all 4.

Tried this and it performed just like you said, displaying 4 doors open, but only the drivers door opens
