Ours (2010, fwiw) definitely looks like that; I've had it off a couple of times now, to patch up with 2 part epoxy and fiberglass mesh reinforcement. The price to replace (that curb catching piece of you know what...) in Canada is at least double what it is in the States.

YES!!! it looks similar to mine, minus a couple of weird circles on the sides that are slightly different? thats why i think the 2015's shape is a bit bit different than 2010

now for the right part missing, just under the car is the small part covering the coolant/tank not the whole arch?

Again, I think you need to buy the whole thing. You could disconnect the arch part, just put in the bottom piece. There's a fastener at the back of the wheel well that's confounding. Search for this:

I'm pretty sure that's a vertical piece, goes in at the bottom inside wall of the front wheel well. Just bite the bullet and get the full wheel liner, use what you need? The whole thing has a parts number, so I think that's the only way it comes.

Hopefullly a politician is stuck under it, and you leave it alone.

By the way, who does oil changes for your vehicle?

so i went to the dealer and they gave me totally different numbers for the parts - they quoted me 185 for parts alone and labor estimates $150

    for the FENDER LINER - 53875 - 47031
    for the front spiler - 52618 - 47050

now i am more confused than ever because the catalogue i saw online and numbers i got from others are different than - Toyota (53875-47030) and Toyota (76851-47030)

    what to do??

    In case this is useful...

Based on the underbody images from your earlier posts (#17 & #23), you don't need this part the dealer is suggesting:

LOWER FRONT BUMPER ABSORBER - Part No: 52618-47050

If you look at your third pic from those posts - IMG_7638.JPG - that's the black piece you can see right there up inside the bumper.

    You want these parts:

FRONT SPOILER COVER - Part No: 76851-47030 https://goo.gl/EzAF4f
RIGHT FRONT FENDER LINER - Part No: 53875-47031 https://goo.gl/pAFQUV

To get the part that covers right in front of the wheel, you have to buy the whole right fender liner, which kinda stinks. You'll also need various clips and bolts unless you still have them.

    Front Spoiler Cover
    6 Bolts - Part No: 90159-60488
    6 Screw Grommets - Part No: 90189-06193
    2 Bolts - Part No: 90119-06767
    1 Clip 51261H - Part No: 52161-02020

    Fender Liner
1 Bolt - Part No: 90159-60488 (this overlaps with the Front Spoiler Cover)
1 Screw Grommet - Part No: 90189-06193 (this overlaps with the Front Spoiler Cover)
    1 Clip 51261F - Part No: 52161-02020
9 Clips - Part No: 90467-10183 (9 in total for the whole liner, you may just need the one that's missing)

I actually just did this today. The piece fell off while I was on the free way and it made a horrible scraping sound. I ordered a replacement part off amazon for $41 shipped. Search amazon for "OE Replacement Toyota Prius Front Bumper Spoiler (Partslink Number TO1093124)". Here's the new one on the top and the busted up factory one on the bottom. Fits perfectly.
    20180915_105144.jpg
It does not come with any bolts/pushclips so you will have to reuse what you already have. I ran into some difficulty because I was missing a few of the front four self tapping screws with plastic grommet . I was able to find a substitute at autozone for $2.50. It's not exact but it works. Here's a picture of it:

Here's a pdf with instructions on how to install https://priuschat.com/attachments/spoilers-install-pdf.32725/

Here's a youtube video that shows the removal of the front bumper spoiler at 2:38

I'm not mechanically inclined at all. It was pretty straight forward with the exception of the self tapping screws/plastic grommets I had to hunt for. I used a ramp I got at harbor freight, which gave enough ground clearance to do this job.

    Hope this helps!
