I am new to the community as I have had my Prime for less than two months, so hello all.

On to the reason for joining.

When I got home yesterday after work, my HUD was working. When I got in my car this morning, not only was it not working but the option to select HUD was disabled. Anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this?

There is a button to turn the HUD on and off left of the steering wheel and low. Maybe you pressed it inadvertently?
There is also a switch there to control the HUD’s vertical position.

And that was the answer. Thanks! Damn, I hate stereo technology...

I used AutoCad since around 1990, and over the years new editions would come out. Early on, I welcomed the new versions, they brought increased speed, improved zoom-without-regen limit, features that were actually useful.

Over the years though, that seemed to reverse, till every new release invoked: what did they screw up this time, how can I get back to normal and get my customizations to work.

One engineer called this the turd-polishing phase...
