Like the title says. Replaced 4 battery cells and now this on a 2011 Prius. I got the freeze Data if anyone is interested. Any help is appreciated.

Did you balance the pack, or just swap the modules?

What’s the age of the new modules?

Do you know their capacity and how they compare?

Yes we balanced the pack. The new modules are refurbished and reading 7.71. Some of the details of the error codes are showing 00 volts for block 13 but we didn't touch that block. It did spark when we put the bus bars on. Maybe shorted something out?

Those P0B codes are for low voltage on a block. Sounds like you probably have either a sensor harness problem or ecu issue. Maybe damaged/cracked sensor tabs

Did you check for corrosion? You only touched the modules and blocks with issues? What torque did you use on the bus bars?

Yes, yes, I don't have a torque wrench. I just tightened it tight but not too tight.

Update: turns out it was the wire. Ended up just replacing the whole battery though
