I've searched the forums to no avail, my 2013 Prius 2 is misfiring in all cylinders after replacing

Just looking at all the dirt on the valve cover - how much of that will end up in the engine? I would definitely have cleaned up that engine first.

That Harbor Freight Earthquake impact has good reviews. I need one.

The el-cheapo Harbor Freight torque adapter? I'll pass on that.

You will only serve to delay the inevitable with stop leak. Especially if the car is using a lot of coolant. I used Blue Devil in March of 2018, July 4th weekend my engine suffered a violent, sudden, catastrophic engine failure when the sealant stopped working.

 

You can learn to repair it yourself. Unless you have physical restraints...

 

There are people who have used stop leak “successfully” and not had any issue. There are a few of us on the board that had issues with blown engine, clogged heater core, clogged radiator, and the like. I can’t say that yours will end up like mine, but the possibility is there.

If you have the physical ability, and the automotive knowledge, take it apart and fix it yourself. If not, you likely know someone close by that can do the scope of work required. A friend, family member, etc. You may not be able to afford the $4-5k charged to swap the engine completely. But for $700-1000 you could get the head gasket done and be safe from the issues you have now.

 

head gasket in a bottle is a last-chance OMG hail mary effort. A temporary fix at best.

Sometimes it works, but it nearly always causes expensive complications. If I broke down in the middle of nowhere I would have no qualms about using it to get myself and my family back to civilization, but if the car was already in my driveway I wouldn't even think of using it.

If you don't have the cash to fix it, you may need to trade it in on something else and start over on a bigger loan. It's a terrible situation and it won't do you any financial favors. I can't recommend it, but it is the most common solution to this kind of problem. I'm only pointing it out so that you have a reference point to compare with any other option that might come up. If your losing coolant have a leak down test done . I am 99 percent sure you have a blown head gasket. More than likely if you have been driving it very long that way you have trashed the engine .
