Rattle clunking sound at passenger side while engine running to charge the battery

    Hi everybody,

    Do you know why there is loud and rattle sound when the gas engine have to run to charge the battery engine as you can see in the video? I just changed oil at Valvoline instant oil change yesterday and this sound appeared this morning. Maybe the technician did something wrong ?

    You might check the oil dipstick to be sure it was properly filled with the correct amount of oil.

    Thank you guys ! UPDATE : I came back to Valvoline and the technician said they didn't touch anything except oil change part. And I checked the dipstick and seem like its not overfilled.
    I haven't checked yet but if they did , there should be check engine turn on ? I didn't see any other problem than the clunk sound when the gas engine runs to charge the battery. Also, I have noticed that it did not happen when I drive more than 20miles/hours. It's wierd!
    I will bring it to my dealer tomorrow. Hope they won't give me a thousands $ bill.

    updated: The problem is the loose heat shield ! I bring it to one of my technician that I trust eventually. He fixed in seconds ! Thank you guys !
