Newbee here on which pid to use and car confused

    I have a 2010 Prius trim 2 with 1.8L. Is it a Prius 2 or 3 and which PIDS should I use. It’s very confusing.

    As to what PIDs to install, sorry can't help with that. I guess it would also depend on what device about which you were talking.

    Parameter ID’s:).

    Normally for me they meaning I am looking at the Process and Instrumentation Diagrams;).

    But for a car, that’s what the acronym is(y).

    Yeah I vaguely recall that definition, the electrical and/or process departments were always saying that. I was in structural.
