    I got counterfeit Denso plugs on Amazon. The dealer should be getting theirs directly from Toyota. What was their explanation for this?

    They told me that it couldn't have come from there dealership. After a 20 min argument I gave up and walked out .

    But they could still claim that the plugs you are trying to return aren't the ones that came from them.
