I'm wondering which o2 sensor they ripped out? Is it the upstream or downstream? Also, how hard is it to replace? Thanks in advanced! [IMG]

Downstream. Upstream one is Air/fuel ratio sensor and is mounted in the exhaust manifold.

The one you're looking for is this one (I've been disassembling my spare 2007 parts car). The electrical plug enters through the floor on the passenger side and attaches to the car harness near the center console.

Hi my 2007 cat was stolen so I only need downstream 02 sensor to replace cat? I saw wires hanging down and bolts on ground when happened.

This is correct. The downstream sensor is located between the two cat bodies near where the pipe bends. It's wires pass up through the passenger side floor board and run under the carpet along the passenger side of the center console, where it plugs into the car's wire harness.

Those bolts are probably the mounting fasteners for where the exhaust pipe attaches to the exhaust manifold. Should be 2 bolts and 2 springs..

If you wind up with a generic R02s you can splice the wires under-the-car and use the heat-shrink that comes with the part. Could be cheaper and easier.

Give the sensor about three counter-clockwise twists before putting it in the new tailpipe-- it'll untwist itself as you thread it in and won't be a twisted mess when done.
