NEED HELP PLEASE TRYING TO SELL 2008 PRIUS WITH IN LIMP MODE W/TRANMISSION CODES

    Hi!! I am planning to relocate later this year and am stuck with my 2008 Toyota Prius silver with 151k miles. I absolutely loved this car until I was driving home on the highway and all of a sudden all the lights on the dashboard went on and the car stopped running. Now I have had it stuck at my house non-operating and need to get rid of it because I am not in a financial situation to fix every problem that comes up with it! It is currently in limp mode and even after replacement of 12 volt battery, vehicle does start but has transmission code
    POA7A-Powertrain and POA92-Powertrain present in system. It will barely drive a block without turning off on me. I do not know what to do at this point with all the stress of this car and the financial burden it has had on me because I brought it to a shop and they could not diagnose it!! I paid for the labor plus the installation of a new 12 volt and still is not in great condition to drive. Was thinking of posting to sell as with the problems mentioned to get something out of it versus nothing from the dealership for a trade in. It sucks because rest of car is in great condition and put on new tires as well as getting the cat converter replaced.

    Where are you located? When I click on your icon location, it's telling me you're north of Charlotte, NC, but that Eureka Falls. If that's where you are, I get up that way every now and then, I maybe able to throw my laptop on it and see if I can help.

    Wish it were that easy, they are near Eureka, CA.

    I could be up in the area over the weekend, but not sure how much help I could be beyond what has already been offered.
