I have an imported Japanese model with most signs etc. in Japanese. There is no MPH/KM button and being a Gen3 model, doesn't have the ODO button of the Gen2. There is a button (to do with screen brightness, I think), situated above the clock buttons. Should this be used instead of the MPH/KM button when resetting the oil maintenance setting?

Sorry about that! I didn't remember the details of your message when I went looking.

Did you ever figure out how to do it? I just changed my oil in my JDM Prius and I wanted to reset the oil maintenance setting.

I read somewhere that instead of using the MPH/KPM button, to use the TRIP button instead on the steering wheel. I did that and nothing happened.

Also, I was reading somewhere else on the forum and saw that the Canadian Priuses don't have the oil maintenance feature. So now I'm curious to see if Japanese models are similiar.

Sorry, I was not able to find a solution that didn't have the use of the MPH/KMPH button.
