Replaced complete EGR system w/photos

    No oil burning. Change oil every 8k miles or so

    I didn't swap out the intake.. I should have maybe this spring.

    If you mean replace: it's easy to clean. Brushes for cleaning steel drinking straws are good for the small EGR passages.

    Cylinder one, or in between one and two, is the common head gasket failure point, reported here and by gasket masters. When intake manifolds are pulled off for inspection/cleaning, the small EGR passages tend to be most clogged at cylinder one. The EGR gas enters the manifold at the other end, cylinder four.
