    No, not really.
Our 2010 does light up like a Xmas tree though... I’m not sure if any other lights can turn on the dash really. Started yesterday when I stopped at my parents. Then take pedal felt weird and an odd noise was heard. When I started the car when leaving, all The lights were on. This morning I tried unplugging the battery for fun, but nothing changed. Got on the highway to go to work and cruise won’t work, the cruise symbol just flashes...
    many ideas?
Would a normal obdii reader tell
    Me anything?

Yes but you need an OBDII reader that's Prius literate. Simplest would be one of the many Bluetooth or WiFi units available on Amazon. There are cheap ones there, but you can't count on their quality. Carista is popular. They have a subscription app that has a free trial; that would be the most expedient. Or connect it to one of the many iOS or Android apps that will read your codes. The ultimate reader would be Techstream on an old Windows laptop with the cable -- also available on Amazon or Ebay.

Also, you're asking Prius Prime owners. The principles are the same for both cars, but it'll be better if you click the "Report" button on your post and ask the moderator to move it to the Gen 3 Prius Care, Maintenance & Troubleshooting forum.

Are you sure the inverter coolant pump is running?

For one thing, you ought to hear it when the car is in ready mode and you have the hood up. Also, if you take the cap off the inverter coolant reservoir, you should be able to see the coolant swirling in it.

Ok, that’s the larger reservoir on the drivers side correct?

The one with the pink fluid in it right behind the inverter.

Edit to add: now that I think more about it, you might need the dealer as @Mendel Leisk suggests. Please don't be offended, but If you don't know where the coolant reservoir is you are likely to not be ready to take this on yourself.

My local dealership won’t have anymore of my business. The next closest dealership is beyond a border that I’m aloud to cross because of pandemic restrictions

Probably Christmas for the dealer's service department. These cars have problems with their brake master cylinder and pump. I would take it in to be diagnosed as it can be a safety concern. Perhaps Toyota Canada has a customer support program to help if this proves to be the issue.

Rear drivers side bearing was shot. The connector was also corroded. $250 for a new bearing, $50 for a barely used wire. No more Xmas tree

Keep in mind, $250cdn... FOR THE CHEAP 1 YR WARRANTY ONE!!! The « good » one was just under $500. The wire was a $50 used wire... new wire was 3 days and $200. Think it’s time to put the ole Prius for sale LOL
