Predicted reliability 64/100

    I'm surprised to see Car And Driver gave the 2021 Prius Prime a predicted reliability score of 64/100, which is the lowest I've seen for any car. Does anyone understand why this is? Do you agree?

    Then JDPower gave the Prius a 73/100 (also very low), and has no rating for Prius Prime.

    I can't add links to these ratings because I haven't created enough posts on this forum.

    I was considering Prius Prime vs Crosstrek. Normally Toyota has a great reputation for reliability and Subaru has a worse reputation. but the Crosstrek is rated higher for reliability than Prius.

    Oops, it was actually US news that gave the 64 rating, not car and driver.

    Google for:
    usnews "The 2021 Prius Prime has a predicted reliability score of 64 out of 100"
