Thanks for your help everyone. I've got a 2020 Prime, bought new September 2019, with just under 9,000 miles (I live in a city so I don't drive much). Because of the pandemic I put off my 5,000 mile service (I know, I know). Today I just got my first tire rotation and oil change. Driving it out of the dealer, I noticed a faint scraping sound coming from around the wheel areas around 5-15 mph—almost like someone honing a knife. The noise isn't consistently there, and it's faint enough that I think if the gas engine were running I wouldn't even notice.

My question is, did the dealer mess something with the wheels/brakes up that I should go back for? Or is this normal after a rotation of tires with 9,000 miles on them? Thanks again.

try speeding up to 30mph on a quiet road, put it in neutral, and gently apply the brakes until you come to a stop. might just be some rust build up on the rotors

That sounds like a loose under-body panel. The dealer may have missed a few plastic rivets or scraped something loose on the under-body, while coming off the lift.
You can check by looking under the car and rotating the steering wheel all the way to the left, check the wheel wells for anything loose or rubbing - then again all the way to the right, repeat above procedure.
If you do find something, hopefully the dealer admit to the error - rather than blame you for running over something.

    good luck....

Can you pinpoint front or rear, left or right? Or hard to tell?
