This is what I am using for coolant temp and the correct mph.

    Ebay
    search p10 obd2 smart digital

It connects to the obd2 connector and uses the CAN bus to monitor ecu data. You can see the black cable to the left. It has a variety of standard points it can display.

I added an obd2 16 pin switch cable ($8) as well although their auto powerdown settings are fine since I drive the car every day or two.

Internal GPS for accurate speed? Which brand and model? Thanks.

No GPS in the P10 available on ebay per post above. Toyota over reports the speed by 2.5-3% on the dash but the CAN bus has the accurate mph. I also set a speed alarm at 70.

Thanks for the help, rjparker! Just got a chance to try it. Got a question about the second step, where is the “CAR” button? I don’t see it, probably right under my nose!

I just found this thread , after owning the car from 2016, it is so useful.

By the way , on the 2016 base model in Australia market, it is the Apps button ( instead of car button)

Also there is no setting button, instead, the Audio button worked for me
