    If they are vented, then why does the fog not go away? I have a 2016 and only the right one is fogged, It has been fogged up for 6 plus months. Never clears.

    After a rain, check whether you have water in the bottom of the 12-volt battery's space, which I did. The problem is that rainwater draining off the roof and hatch is routed through the tight space between taillight housing and body shell. When that passage clogs with leaves, dirt, pollen, etc., guess what happens?
