I lost control and hit the guardrail. Planning to sell it, but should I sell it as is or replace the door and sell it? I dont have full coverage so i’d be out of my pocket. I can start the car, still drivable. the only thing wrong I see is that door and the front passenger wheel. 77,000 miles.
Also does anyone know how much to replace the door?!

I can get a complete door for about $50 from Pull-a-Part. I don't know if those are in your area.

Looks like something underneath the car may have buckled also. Directly under the door area.

Yea, the picknpull .com in Lynwood, Washington gets the most wrecked Prius in the area. But they don't have any of 'em right now. I'm a couple hours south of you and could put a different door on, but I suspect there's more damage than just the door and the replacement door might require more than just hitting stuff with a hammer to make it fit. I also got a spare wheel and tire to fix it but again, there could be more damage that needs to be fixed than just that. I sure would love to have a 77K mile 2007 Prius, that's for sure.

Agree, there's damage to the rocker panel area under the door.

You won't be able to slap another door on it, the frame around the door is most likely distorted.

You should probably sell it "as is".

i would investigate the repair work cost at some body shops. doesn't have to be perfect, but you will get a lot more retail buyers if it's in decent shape. and used pri are worth a fortune right now.
otherwise, all you'll get is bottom feeders.
if the frame is bent, you're probably sool

These are other stuff I just noticed. Would you be able to tell if the frame is bent or not?!

Have someone hold a straight yardstick just below the door on the rocker panel, so you can see how far the rocker panel is bent. This yardstick is next to my rocker panel on the Prius.

That picture with the wonky dash is indicative of a bent frame, at least around the door.
