Will a failing 12Volt Auxillary Battery adversely affect the hybrid EV battery?

    in addition; cold cranking amps test isn't really valid for this car - as the traction battery actually starts the motor. The battery just needs to provide enough power to close those traction battery relays. Your on the traction battery when the green ready lamp is lit.

    Exactly. Amp/hours are far more important on a hybrid than CCA. How long can it let the vampires suck out the electrons when the car is "off?"
