None of the USB ports are active - back seats and front. Apple CarPlay won’t work either. We tried two different cords and two different phones so it’s the car. Any ideas before I bring it to the dealer?

Does the head unit work otherwise ?
    AM/FM......SAT......GPS......????

If it hasn't been "messed with", I hope you are still under warranty.

Yes, all else works from what I can tell. We have backup methods for most things since Bluetooth and the car’s navigation system worked, so it’s just a minor inconvenience.

But if you are under warranty, you SHOULD get it fixed.
    It may get worse later.

We are about a week past warranty, but I’d have fixed it anyway. The good news is that all of the ports started working again- on their own! I have no explanation.

If it's an intermittent problem, that's going to be a problem for the repair shop to diagnose and fix.

Yes, I agree. One thing that may or may not have helped was that all started working again after powering up the induction charger. That worked and so I tested the USB ports and now they worked, too. They had not worked last time I had used the car on the previous day.
I just include this last bit for anyone else to try should they experience the same issue and read this.
