Heating system or cooling system give a brief description of the basics you select the temperature from the center display console put on the fan manually I generally put it on high so I have a fan blowing the temperature set on HI I feel the fan blowing as the car warms up I do get heat or it stays cold forever and I have a bunch of clicking and no fan? It is not really a hybrid specific problem anybody that can work on air conditioning and heating systems in a car is not going to be completely baffled by the Prius. Many cars from 2005 on up have climate control computers that control the fans the compressor and what have you. Because you have an electric compressor in the Prius doesn't really make a difference that just means you don't have a belt and it's not engine driven It has a motor in the compressor that does the pumping instead of a belt on a clutch
