Is there any difference between these 2 fluid? I would like to make things simple and buy the Toyota ATF WS but there is none in my country or even in europe for sale. Only the Toyota ATF D3 is for sale.

ATF WS is the black and ATF D3 is the grey one.

A Toyota dealership should be able to source that for you and most of them have an online parts portal.

My main concern with using D3 is how it's going to affect the wiring insulation within the transmission? You can get away with throwing anything into this simple planetary gear transmission but if it delaminates the wiring insulation within, your transmission will fail. IMHO, that isn't the proper way to do maintenance on your car - better to just leave it alone and hope for the best.

    Good Luck....
