Ok, one of my keys was stolen they already stole stuff out of my car.
Until I can get the key deleted what relay can I remove from under the hood in order to stop the car dead I want something reversible quickly I wish I could disable the doors as well but getting to the rear sucks once the battery is disconnected, a small fuse is too small to take out.

This is a generation too so if they've stolen one of your complete remotes or key fobs then they have the metal key to get in your car no matter what you do to it right? Are you banking they don't know that there's a metal key in the key fob? Or how does this work out in our minds? What are we going to disable on the vehicle that's not going to allow this person that has the electronic access code and the physical metal key to operate the lock in the driver's door???.

Dude if he steals my stuff inside ok I just don't want him to be able to drive it , I don't know if he knows about the emergency key, but anything that makes it harder the better. Gonna order a key and lock off eBay hopefully then it will keep him out 35 bucks we'll spend.

Besides eBay, I think you can also buy the replacement lock cylinder kit right from Toyota and it's not much money, comes with two precut metal keys. Swapping the cylinder in the door is a very easy job (nothing at all like the old days where to rekey a car you'd have to take apart all four doors and the steering column and the trunk).

And as long as you still have one fob that's registered as a master, you can use the "forget all fobs except this one" procedure right away.

There must be several choices for fuses to pull or other connectors to undo that would be equally effective at keeping the car from going anywhere.

    How do I do this?
Is there a chicken dance for this???
I can't get in the body ECU with the cable I have neither the immobilizer or the sks ECU.
I know how to replace the door lock I did this when I replaced the door after a semi backed into mine. eBay was $35 with one key I can get another one cut later. New one is cheapest online like $80

Not sure about a chicken dance. Gen 1 had one and I used it, but gen 2 I'm not sure. If your dongle won't connect, that might be an obstacle.

Yeah I need to find that list with working dongles the open2.0 one is like $169 too much for me I wouldn't mind spending 60 bucks for a working cable . I disconnected the battery for now and I tied a USB cable to the braided fishing line so if I need to go somewhere I can reconnect it and use the emergency key to get in. I do not know where the file is with working dongles, I tried searching with Google no dice.
