2012 Prius V...4 ways came on spontaneously the other day...pulled the fuse...only the hazards went off... still have clicking sound like hazards are still on...ABS lights and parking brake lights are on...no cruise control.

Is it the skid control module and where is it located?

    Thank you.

It is part of the abs master cylinder known as the brake booster.

I would back out the HZRI terminal from position 10 of the skid ECU connector under the hood, tape off the pulled-out end, put the fuse back in, and see what happens.

If that has solved the problem, you know the cause is in the skid ECU. If not, the cause has to be found someplace else.

(I can't guarantee the v uses the same wire colors as the liftback, but I'd bet at least the pin positions are the same.)

This exact thing happened to me and I did the solution where I cut the light blue wires sure did stop the hazards but 2 weeks later I lost all signals and no hazards seems like short in the signal circuit and few months later I get Inverter code P0a94 i think its all related their is no sub. Codes for it either and my car now in limo mode

P0A94 is a different problem. Now you have that one also. That's the first priority to fix, so the car can go places.
