Do you need brake-fluid replacement?

The problem is that none of the testers I have come with instructions or even mention a procedure to calibrate them.

 

That's kinda like buying those over the counter boner pills at the gas station. I don't really consider those VALID testers, they're certainly not professional ones. If I tried using test equipment like that at my job and a patient got injured - the lawyers would be all over us.
