I just took delivery of my new Prius this Saturday after a long wait to get the option and color of my choice.

This is an amazing vehicle! With only 150 miles on the odometer, I am aready getting almost 46 mpg combined city/hwy driving.

I am feeling so giddy

Rather than start a new thread, I'll just post a quick "me too" here. I don't actually have mine yet, but I'm told it should be ready to pick up on Thursday. I'm also especially excited as this is my first new car, as well. I simply woke up on Saturday and decided I wanted a new car. I had been considering a Prius for a long time, and was actually considering waiting for the 2009s to come out. But on Saturday, I something made me realize the time had come. I'm so excited for Thursday I'm hardly getting any sleep!

 

You must all have been good boys and girls to have Santa deliver a new Prius. Now if he'd only pick up the payments, too!

Fiona just celebrated her first birthday, and the "high" is still going strong. Welcome!

Congrats on the new Prius. I just joined the ranks on Saturday, so I can totally relate. I actually catch myself staring out the window at it before going to bed... Okay, maybe not to that extreme, but close enough.

Congratulations! The Spectra blue is a very nice color on the Prius! I didn't even realize we had it over here yet until I had the pleasure of seeing 2 this morning on my way into work.

 

Me too! Just got mine 2 days ago - kept it in the garage today because it was raining!!! I hope the honeymoon never ends.....
