A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the rear defogger wasn't working in the top (big) window. It's working fine in the lower (small) window. I took it to the dealer and they tested the elements and found that the correct voltage was present. However the defogger is still not clearing the window when it's been fogged up in the morning.

Any suggestions on how to proceed from here?

    Thanks!!

Voltage at the contacts but no heat from the element? Obviously an open element. Which means a new window.

I'd ask the dealer to check the resistance of the element, or even you do it. Don't know what it should be but you should see something other than an open circuit.

Thanks. I'll try to compare resistance of elements on bottom glass with top and see if there's any difference.
