2010 spoiler fix

Background: I tore my spoiler completely off the car when I backed up out of the garage with the hatch up. Fortunately, it did not damage it too much. Just separated the bolts from the spoiler and broke the 3rd brake light (easily replaced). The 1st time I repaired it, I cleaned up the bolt holes and used JB Weld Kwik. It held for about 3 months then came loose, then broke away completely. This time I am doing a bit more. The following are the steps I used. 1) using a Dremel tool, clean out and recess the bolt holes creating a lip to accommodate more epoxy for a better hold. 2) make sure all parts are 'roughed' up for a better adhesion. 3) mix epoxy and fill hole first. Then push in bolt. Add a little more epoxy to cover the base of the bolt and carefully lay the 1 inch fender washer over the threads of the bolt. Press the washer down, enough to have the epoxy ooze out around the edges. 4) do this for all five bolts. 5) let set for at least 24 hours. Materials/tools used: 1) Dremel tool – the DRM 114-199 bit worked the best. I used this to create an inside recess/cavity for additional epoxy 2) Original bolts and nuts from the spoiler 3) 1 inch fender washer with 1/4 inch hole (I could only find 1/8 inch hole at HD, so I had to drill it out to 1/4 inch) 4) JB Weld - 8265-S 5) *** I have experienced nuts coming loose over time. Thinking about using Locktite Threadlocker 242 REMOVABLE – any other Locktite product could be trouble if you ever have to take the spoiler off again. Note: 1) Go slow and easy with the Dremel tool. The cutting bits are sharp and cut through the material easily. The wall of the spoiler is not very thick. Maybe 3/16"? Be careful not to go much past the manufacturers original thickness – just enough to create a recess/lip. 2) Use cans of compressed air (PC air) or an actual compressor with blow nozzle to blow off the work area frequently. The Dremel tool makes a mess and can make it difficult to see the work area. NOT COMPLPETED WITH THIS POST - I don't know how to get these pictures in order. They are numbered if you hover over or open them. Can anyone help me with this, please? tks
