      Take a test light ground the clip now use probe and touch the lil open ports on each fuse 12 v on each side on almost all 61 of them . The real important ones are the three or four all by themselves that have to do with the inverter pump and that sort of stuff you need to check those immediately but this looks like what happens when I have a hybrid battery issue in my gen too and I think my gen 3 did that when my battery was failing but I had the orange triangle on on the other side of the dash which you don't show?
