Based on a post on cost of a key, I would call around. I used to live in Columbus, Ohio and called several dealers in major cities within driving distance. Here is my list: I called a Toyota Dealer in Marion, Ohio ($120), Delaware, Ohio ($118 for new fob), Akron, Ohio ($127), Columbus, Ohio ($114), and Cincinnati, Ohio ($110). This was just for the key, not programming. All of these dealers wanted $50 for programming.
