This may already be obvious but it sounds like a short and you may need to trace the entire path of the voltage to the headlight.
Blacked out my emblems, de-badged the back, put on bumper guard, added a back-up camera, put on blue chrome bolts and stem caps and tinted windows...
I figured I could plasti-dip, but I will have to cover the lug nuts and behind so I dont get it on the brake calipers and stuff
