    on top of all that, doesnt neutral keep the enging in an idling condition as well? making it less efficient as gliding (where the motor can shutoff)?

    Yeah its permanent damage.... I tested rubbing alcohol again on the inside of that peice and it had the same damaging effect... so dont use...

    I would assume that it should be fairly easy to change the refresh rate of the MFD, I cant think of any reason why they(Toyota) would be limited...
