    Remove fuse. Use test light from battery NEG (with car on) to figure out which side of the now empty fuse socket is the voltage source...

    Those are all the things the EFI2 fuse goes to (EGR, A/F and O2 and MAF) so those codes are probably the result of the fuse blowing....
