It does say to turn it counter clock wise slightly maybe by a tooth or two then clockwise but that’s only on a brandnew tensioner

I cleaned my EGR Valve and it got stuck again the next day! seems like its faulty motor on it, I ordered one off amazon for 250$

I will try this method when I change coils today but I did similar method when head was removed and it was all looking good
When I ran health test with techstream it said my 4 coils were bad and it had x beside where it’s permanent and wouldn’t let me clear the code...
