When I watched the video, it seemed she was under the influence of something..........or was it just me?
If the car is in ECO mode the fan doesnt run as fast, therefore doesnt cool as well. Perhaps that was the problem.

Interesting term. Im assuming that this is the EV mode. However it should be noted that some golf carts run on gasoline engines.

Is this car in production? The Toyota Europe site gives NO specifications for the hybrid model.
