      I think we must have early 2013's. My owners manual says nothing about under the hood terminals. On page 477 there are instructions for jump starting and it says to hook up to the 12 volt battery under the rear passenger seat.

        thats what mine says, im still going to push the issue with toyota on them adding it to the car. If others 2013s have it ours should also.
