Got the fuse out with much difficulty. Turns out it is fine. Back to drawing board.

So gang. Just trying to change the dreaded 125A fuse. Split the fuse box open but still can't access the darn fuse. Any ideas. Including pic

So far I've just checked the fuses for a complete circuit i.e. hearing the beep sound when I put on the black and red wire from the voltmeter....

I think power is not being provided to all other functions of the car. Just seems odd that headlights, horn, and the lock and car sign come on.
Apologies been busy with work and other stuff lately. So tried jump starting the car without any 12v battery this time. All the same symptoms. Car...
Thank you biomed. Both my key fobs are fine. They unlock and lock the car. But I changed both batteries also to brand new ones still no success....
Any outcome on this? Think I have the same problem

No rodent signs but you make good suggestions. Will try all tomorrow and also give you definitives on the voltages.

No cigar! Wired from front to back and no change in any symptoms. I remember this happening once before but the car randomly came back to life....
Will try and run a wire directly from front positive to rear, at the 12v battery and maybe get a ground too for good measure. See if that works....
