    There is a cover underneath the mirror. open it and there are some screws there. I think you might be able to open the glass or change the bulbs...

    Reverse Backup Wire?

    I found the wire on the left side in the hatch. Connect brown wire for + and black/white for -. Brown wire is the backup light wire.
