      I want to run using Win7 x64 as well. Where did you get your Techstream and drivers from? Can you check your purchase record or browser and see who you bought the cable from?

        sorry for late reply. I bought it on ebay from okcatzone. The item title was: "Mini Scanner 16 Pin VCI TIS OEM Toyota Cavo Tester Automotive"
        Drivers were downloaded from the internet, I'm sure there is newer version available.
