I wonder if oil (the kind in an ICE) prices are tracking crude oil prices too, and with how much delay. That stuff is after all ~80%...

I wish the EPA testing method had not only "city/highway" but something like "<5 miles, 5-10 miles, >10 miles" (or time equivalents)....
