    Hi So I bought the obd2 scanner and this is what the voltages for each cell are. there are two that are just a tad bit lower than the others....

    The codes are reading C1241,C1259,C1300,C1310,P0A80,P3018. Also yes the cooling fan and intake grill is clean.
