    Failed NYS Inspection, Then passed

    NYS didn't up the inspection charge....just that the OP service guy is a jerk. The 1st year of the NYS inspection for a Prius does not require it...

    I would not change to synthetic now.....your engine was not designed for such a thin oil. If you put synthetic in it.....there is a real good...

    I have had these on other cars......they do not circulate the fluid.....just heat it up and it circulates it's self.....as would any other block...
