Ive been out of the loop on the Prius life for about 3 years, my sister just gave me her Prius because the HV battery went bad, I did a couple of checks on it and discovered it has almost no power what so ever.

So im currently at removing the old modules and removing the new one from the 04-09 case, I also have 10 leftover modules from a job I did a couple years ago.[IMG]

Heres a picture i pulled from techstream, this is the current state of the battery. I confirmed this with a multimeter.

wow, i would say that battery is pronounced dead at the scene. i dont even think i would try to cycle any of those to see if they come back.

How long has the car and battery been sitting not used?

It is interesting that the 13 battery resistances shown are about equal in value and in normal range. I would think that you would see an abnormal resistance value in the possible bad modules.

I mean what i could do is try to charge the modules up after i remove them and see how well it holds a charge.

your highest voltage was 3.98 and your minimum was .18. you can try to charge the best one and the worst one. if they come back to life then try charging all of them. wouldnt hurt to try.
